1. Baking Soda And Cucumber Scrub

Ingredients:

½ cup baking Soda
½ piece of cucumber
2 Tablespoons honey

This type of scrub is best used for skins that are oily. First, take half a piece of ripe cucumber and grind it to extract its juice. Add this juice to half a cup of baking soda and mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to this fusion and stir well. If the paste appears to be very thick, add a little water and blend it. There, your very own baking soda scrub is ready. Apply it evenly on your body and skin. Do not rub hard and let the scrub do the work for you. Wash off after 30 minutes to feel the effects.

 

2. Baking Soda And Almond Scrub

Ingredients:

½ cup baking Soda
10 Crushed Almonds or Almond oil
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

This revitalizing body scrub with almonds can act as a great medium in blood circulation and cell regeneration. They are also very beneficial for repairing your damaged skin. Crush a few almonds and mix them with half a cup of baking soda. You can even alternate the crushed almonds with almond oil too if needed. Then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well to get a smooth scrub. Massage it gently on your body and face and leave it for 20 minutes. Clean off later with lukewarm water.

3. Baking Soda And Oatmeal Scrub

½ cup baking Soda
¼ cup crushed Oatmeal

½ cup baking Soda
¼ cup Chocolate (melted) or Cocoa powder
½ cup Olive Oil

To make this scrub, mix half a cup of baking soda with a quarter cup of melted chocolate or cocoa powder. Use either olive oil or virgin coconut oil to the mix and mix well. ½ cup baking Soda
¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
Few drops honey

Here is one of the easiest scrub recopies that you can follow with lemon. Lemon, needless to say, has excellent antimicrobial and antibacterial properties that can cleanse your skin flawlessly. Mix half a cup of baking soda to about quarter cup of lemon juice. If needed use more quantity of lemon juice. Then add a few drops of raw honey and form a fine paste. Apply this scrub on your body evenly and have a rest for about 20 minutes. Rinse well later and once again if necessary, use a mild skin moisturizer.
