Being depressed means a lot more than being unhappy. It is a state of mind where one feels dejected for some issue. Try to be around as much people as possible. By people, it means positive people. There may be different reasons for getting into tension or depression. When we are around people who constantly complaints about things or person, we tend to follow their thought and everything seems to be like that only.
