These are the points where either sides cheekbones meet their respective sides of nose. Move your fingers from the point of the folds above the nostril at the cheek, press there for a few seconds, and then move along the base of the cheekbone, stop and hold these pressure points for several seconds.

Point B Or Drilling Bamboo

This is the section where the nose touches the elevation of eyebrows. Press the points in and upwards for around 5 minutes. it can pain or pressure behind the eyes due to sinusitis and other conditions like headaches

Situated in the center of the back of the head, this point can be located in a large hollow under the base of the skull. Place your thumb on this point and close your eyes. Press the point firmly and massage in circulatory movements while taking deep breathes.

Point E Or Gates Of Consciousness

These points lie below the base of skull, in the hollows of both sides of neck. This is one of the most potent points for obtaining relief in headache. Place your thumbs on these depressions and press them. Close your eyes and gently massage in slowly in circulatory movements. Take deep breaths.

Point F Or Heavenly Pillar

One-half inch below the base of the Gates of Consciousness. Press the points and tilt your head backwards and press your thumbs upwards towards the neck while taking deep breaths, keeping this for 2 minutes.

Point g Or Joining The Valley

Locate this point in the fleshy web part between the thumb and fore-finger, or at the tip of the point when the thumb and index finger stick out with each other. This point must not be used for pregnant women. Lie or sit down. Press thumb firmly against the second metacarpal bone and massage in a rotatory motion.

Point G Or Joining The Valley

This point lies on foot, between the web of the big toe and second toe. Place your fore finger between first toe and second toe. Move your finger up about 1 inch towards the joins of toe bones and press your finger straight down.
