Fried Food

Refined sugar in the form of candy, soda, pastries, and cookies are very harmful for the skin as they increase the level of glucose in your blood leading to acne. So you can substitute it with product rich in fiber. Fibrous foods are less in sugar content and will not lead to acne.
Red Meat
Red meat can lead to acne as it is high in fat and calorie content. Instead of taking red meat such as mutton, beef you can use fishes such as salmon, mackerel and sardines that will provide you with the same nutrients as red meat but will not lead to acne or blemishes.
Fluids
Increase your fluid intake. You need to take more of fluid products such as fruit juices, vegetable juices. Processed Food
You need to avoid all forms of processed food as much as possible. Take for example apple juice. Instead of buying packets of processed apple juice from a retain shop you can eat a whole apple.
