Convulsions happen when the body, arms and legs twitch and shake rapidly and uncontrollably. The muscles contract and relax repeatedly in a swift motion. Most convulsions or seizures are harmless and last from a few seconds to a few minutes. Sometimes the convulsions last longer and the sufferer undergoes multiple seizures.

Garlic

By increasing the blood circulation, more blood is reached to the brain cells and thus their function is greatly enhanced. Chop six cloves of garlic and swallow them with a little water immediately.
Ash Gourd
Ash gourd has great significance in ayurvedic medicine. This vegetable is extremely rich in riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, vitamin C, iron, calcium and phosphorous all of which improve the function of the nervous system and provide vital health to the brain.
